At MCI, we understand that your home is your most valuable asset. Our professional basement waterproofing services are designed to protect your home from water damage, mould, and structural issues.
Excavation
The first step is to dig around the foundation of your home to expose the exterior walls of the basement. This allows access to the areas where water might be seeping in.
Cleaning & Inpection
Once the foundation walls are exposed, they are cleaned and inspected for any cracks, holes, or other potential entry points for water.
Repairing Cracks & Holes
Any cracks or holes found during the inspection are repaired using high-quality sealants or hydraulic cement.
Waterproofing Adhesive & Membrane
Our team sprays on a layer of waterproof adhesive prior to installing the waterproof membrane.
